our rooms are cosy, inviting and thoughtfully equipped to provide
you with maximum comfort and convenience during your stay with us.
All beds are fitted with electric blankets and both the apartment and the Ocean View Suite are equipped
with wall safes for your valuables, heaters for those chilly winter nights and fans to keep you cool
in the balmy summer temperatures. Shower gel and shampoo are provided
in the bathrooms, and there is a hairdryer in each room.
Upstairs - Ocean View Suite:
The Ocean View Suite has a queen bedroom, private sitting room and bathroom. The bedroom has large windows with delightful views over the gardens and bush. The sitting room has French doors opening onto a private balcony with glorious views over the Firth of Thames, a perfect place from which to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down over the water. Facilities in the sitting room include a refrigerator, tea and coffee makings, TV, DVD and CD players with a selection of DVDs and CDs, a small library with a range of informative books on New Zealand and the local area as well as some novels.
Downstairs - Self-contained 2 bedroom apartment:
The air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, with lounge ( including TV, DVD and CD players with a selection of DVDs and CDs, a small library of novels and a selection of board games) and dining area, full kitchen
and modern bathroom - 1 Queen and 2 Single Beds - Very private
with its own entrance and outdoor dining area.

The price of
the Ocean View Suite includes your choice of a delicious
cooked or continental breakfast with home-baked breads, preserves
made with fruit from our own trees and fresh seasonal fruits.
Breakfast can be provided for apartment guests for an additional $15 per person per
night.
